Assign your jobs to the relevant delivery agents

Jobs are loaded onto the moDel app using an IOS or Android device

Track vehicle movements and share updates with customers

The delivery agent then completes all key documentation via the moDel app

Michael Terry

Head of moDel

Michael has been part of the moDel team for the last 6 years and has been working for Ebbon Group since 2013. As head of the moDel product Michael is field based, customer facing and is responsible for sales and account management. He enjoys the daily interaction with customers that his role brings and prides himself on delivering high levels of customer service and having an honest and open approach to sales. Having worked in the Automotive industry since 2005 Michael has a wealth of experience and has a passion for everything Automotive.

Stuart Hunt

Product Manager, moDel & Stocklink

Stuart joined Ebbon-Dacs in 2008 and has been responsible for the development of the moDel Portal since its inception. As Product Manager, Stuart walks the line between commercial and technical considerations. He’s responsible for the analysis and design of the software solution, and manages a team of analysts and developers who then work to deliver it. He prides himself on covering all the angles and working to really understand the minutiae of a problem before beginning the process of solving it. Before joining Ebbon-Dacs, he was employed by a DMS provider and before that gained several years’ experience working in various franchised dealerships – mostly in Vehicle Admin. When he isn’t working, he can be found writing and playing video games.

Chris Rouse

Junior Business Analyst moDel

Working closely with the product manager, he is responsible for the design and analysis of the software solution. Chris has worked with Ebbon-Dacs since 2008 and has grown from a Software Support Executive to his current role as Junior Business Analyst. He enjoys the daily interaction with the Product Manager, developers and testing team where he prides himself on delivering high levels of analysis and planning. Before starting Ebbon-Dacs, Chris spent 3 years at college which included software development and understanding of IT processes in which the techniques are used today. In his free time he enjoys designing websites and spending time with his family.
